Men’s Program

The Men's Recreational program is a once weekly ‘’pick up’’ style soccer game organized and
supervised by a club representative. It is non-competitive, inclusive and most adapted to men
with beginner or intermediate levels of soccer experience. You can register alone or with a
group of friends. Each week we do our best to balance teams and ensure a good game for all.

Winter: Indoor gym in the NDG-CDN area

Equipment needed: Indoor soccer/running shoes (no cleats), shin guards optional
