General Manager
The NDG-CDN Soccer Association (“Club”) is a non-profit organization whose main objective
is to promote participation and development in soccer for everyone, regardless of age, gender,
religion, or ethnic origin.
Under the authority of the Board of Directors , the General Manager (GM) is responsible for all
operations and activities of the Club. Working closely with the Club's Technical Director, the GM
will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading promotional activities, events, program
development, relationships with government bodies and other partners, and implementing the
organization's strategic directions.

Role & Responsibility
Strategic and Operational Management
• Develop and implement, in collaboration with the Board of Directors, the Club's strategic
plan;
• Supervise the Club's daily operations;
• Represent the Club to various stakeholders (members, municipality officials, regional
soccer association, other clubs, Soccer Quebec, etc.);
• Participate in Board meetings to present activity reports and upcoming plans;
• Contribute and participate in decision-making for the Club's development;
• Supervise the Technical Director and the Referee Director to ensure the Club's vision is
effectively implemented;
• Oversee field bookings, usage schedules, and assignments in collaboration with the
Technical Director;
• Plan and organize committee meetings and ensure their effective functioning;
• Coordinate registration periods (team formation, schedules and calendars, affiliations, and
equipment distribution);
• Maintain strong community relations and promote the Club’s activities;
• Prepare the annual activity report in collaboration with the Technical Director.
Financial Management
• Plan and manage the Club’s finances in collaboration with the Board;
• Prepare and oversee the budget and resource needs across various areas (human resources,
materials, field rentals, etc.);
• Identify diverse funding opportunities (grants, sponsorships, partnerships);
• Ensure budget oversight and monitor expenses in different sectors.
Human Resource Management
• Foster a motivating work environment and oversee HR policies (recruitment, working
conditions, retention);
• Supervise, recruit, and mobilize employees, contractors, and volunteers;
• Implement measures to ensure that the Club maintains its Provincial Recognition status.
Compliance and Accountability Management
• Ensure compliance with the regulations of soccer associations (regional, provincial,
national) and meet borough expectations;
• Supervise legal obligations and report them to the Board of Directors.
Required Criterias
A Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, or a related field;
• Collaborative leadership and a team-oriented mindset;
• Bilingualism (French and English);
• Strong autonomy;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Relevant experience in a management role or related field
Remuneration
Competitive salary to be determined upon qualifications of the successful candidate.

Coaches
With 2,300 members, ASNDG is one of the largest soccer clubs in the province. ASNDG serves the Côte-des-Neiges/Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, but is open to players from neighboring boroughs and cities. ASNDG manages an operating budget of approximately $1 MM, with a technical team consisting of a Director, assistants (B License) and several salaried certified coaches (C License or higher). ASNDG aspires to the highest level of soccer excellence in Canada. ASNDG is looking for qualified coaches to support the Technical Director in managing the 5 AAA teams,

Role & Responsibility
Plan, organize, lead and facilitate soccer sessions adapted to LDP and LDIR players
Prepare season and game plans and sessions according to objectives Lead safe and effective training sessions.
Prepare and check equipment needed for activities. Assist coaching staff in the planning, organization and execution of programs.
Evaluate the skills and abilities of players LDP and LDIR
Intervene in the event of injury, crisis or problematic situation
Perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the realization of the mandate and the promotion of the club.
Required Criterias
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years' experience as a high-level coach
- Diplomas from Quebec/Canada-Licence C and/or DEP (Licence B an asset);
- Good knowledge of computerized team management tools, such as Teamsnap
- Good positive attitude and good communicator
- Ability to work as part of a team and establish a good work climate;
- Bilingual.
Remuneration
Salary is partly linked to the candidate's qualifications and years of experience.
